Today, let's talk about fine chemicals

Fine chemical industry is a general term for the production of fine chemicals in the industrial sector. Fine chemical industry is a component of the chemical industry. Fine chemical engineering is one of the most dynamic emerging fields in today's chemical industry and an important component of new materials. Organic fine chemical products produced from petroleum as the basic raw material, considering the production process and product characteristics, compared with other industries in the chemical industry, fine chemical products have smaller output, more varieties, wide applications, high industrial relevance, high technology intensity and added value. Due to their special use functions, these products are used in specialized or specific fields and are updated quickly; Most of them are produced in an intermittent manner; Having functionality or ultimate usability: Many are complex products, and the formulation and other technologies determine the product's performance and other characteristics. High product quality requirements; Strong commodity specificity, mostly sold under the product name; Require continuous development of new product technology and research on application technology, and attach importance to technical services; The equipment investment is relatively small. Therefore, fine chemical products are also known as specialty chemicals.

Fine chemicals directly serve various industries and high-tech sectors of the national economy. Vigorously developing fine chemicals has become a strategic focus for countries around the world to adjust the structure of the chemical industry, enhance the level of the chemical industry, and expand economic benefits.

The level of fine chemical production rate (the proportion of fine chemical output value to total chemical output value) has become an important indicator for measuring the level of chemical industry development and chemical technology level in a country or region.
